Sample Campground

Sample Campground is located in Sample County near Sample in Northwest Lower Michigan.

Owner / Manager / Host Jim & Sarah Sample welcome you.

Sample Campground camping season is from late April to late October each year.

Sample Campground is a family friendly, modern and quiet campground located on Sample Rd. about 7 miles west of Sample City.

Come, join us, relax and enjoy the fantastic facilities, joyous surroundings and activities.

We have large grassy sites with a combination of sun and shade.

All pets must be contained or on a leash at all times. No dogs to be left outside unattended. Any animal causing a disturbance may be reason for request to leave grounds.

Driving Directions

Simple driving directions will be stated here. I recommend giving information so direction can be set-up as follows.

Coming from the North or South

• Exit US X-way at exit #00 onto Name of road.
• From the North turn left (East) on Name of road.
• From the South turn right (East) on Name of road.

Coming from the West

• You should be on Name of road.
• Take Name of road east 1.1 miles.
• Turn right (South) on Highway for 0.4 miles.
• Turn left (East) on Short rd for 0.1 miles.
• Turn right (South) on Sample rd for 0.5 miles.
• Turn left into Sample Campground Entrance.

Coming from the East

• You should come through Little town on Main rd going West.
• Continue West on Main rd 4.7 miles to large curve.
• Turn left at large curve onto 9 mile rd continuing West.
• Take 9 mile rd West 2.0 miles.
• Turn left (South) on Another rd going 0.5 miles.
• Turn right (West) on Something rd going 6.0 miles.
• Something rd curves to the South onto This rd going 1.0 miles
• Turn right (West) onto Last rd and go 3.0 miles.
• Turn Left (South) on Sample rd going 0.2 miles.
• Turn left into Sample Campground Entrance.
